1. Spot Clean If Possible: If your item has minor stains or spills, try spot cleaning first. Gently blot the affected area with a clean, damp cloth and a mild wool-specific detergent. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing, as this can damage the fibers.

2. Hand Wash (Recommended): For a thorough cleaning, it's best to hand wash your Merino wool item. Here's how:

- Fill a basin or sink with cold water (around 85°F or 30°C). Avoid hot water, as extreme temperatures can cause wool to shrink or lose its shape.

- Add a small amount of mild wool detergent to the water. Ensure it's designed for delicate wool fabrics.

- Submerge the item in the soapy water and gently agitate it. Do not wring, stretch, or twist the fabric.

- Allow the item to soak for about 10-15 minutes.

- Rinse the item thoroughly with cold water until all detergent is removed.

3. Machine Washing (If Needed):
